Can I order products from distributors who don’t use SevenFifty?
Yes! Enter the producer or product name and it’ll show up in search results even when that distributor doesn’t send us pricing information. Select or type in the correct distributor name, add your rep’s email address to SevenFifty, and then submit your order.
Is ordering through SevenFifty faster than by text or email?
Yes, especially with one-click reorders! “Search and Add” functionality works through regular email or text, but it’s faster than typing out product names. Reordering through Order History only takes one click! Plus you no longer need to dig through old emails and texts to see what you’ve ordered.
Will ordering through SevenFifty cut out my sales reps?
No way! SevenFifty strengthens your relationships with your reps. Orders go directly to your reps along with any additional notes like “How’s the puppy?”, “Please confirm”, or “Would you let me know if there’s anything I missed?”
Should I be concerned about sales reps getting my order?
SevenFifty notifies you when your sales rep has viewed your order. Your sales reps receive SevenFifty orders through email or text. If that’s how you’ve ordered in the past then they'll receive your SevenFifty orders. We recommend adding the sales reps’ cell number so they see your order instantly.
Can I order private label items through SevenFifty?
Yes! If SevenFifty doesn’t recognize what you’re looking for, simply enter the custom item name to your order. Then submit the SevenFifty order to your rep as described above.
What if the price I pay doesn’t appear on SevenFifty?
Pricing doesn’t appear to reps on submitted SevenFifty orders. As with any other email or texted orders, your sales rep will invoice your items at your best prices.
How do I get started ordering through SevenFifty?
Search for an item you want to order, enter a quantity, and click “Add to cart”.
