The Lists feature lets you organize personal lists to compare products, plan menu changes, or print out tasting notes. You can also collaborate with your team members - share ideas for a "by the glass" list or plan upcoming displays with this feature. You can select items from any distributor's portfolio for your list.
You can start working on a list directly from the Search tab. Every item has an button. Simply select the list you want to add the item to, or type in the name of a new list and click Create List.
You can also start from scratch by going to the Lists tab at the top of your screen and clicking the blue button in the top right corner of your screen.
Once you've created your list, you can share it with colleagues by clicking on the Sharing button on the action panel.
A dropdown will open with two options:
Get Shareable link will make your list public and generate a url to your list that can be shared over email, text, or social media. By making your list public, anyone can view it, even those without a SevenFifty account. However, only trade members logged into SevenFifty will be able to view wholesale pricing.
The Collaborate feature allows you to work on and edit lists with your team members. By clicking the link, a new window will open up:
Enter the names of collaborators at your establishment, or the names of sales reps at vendors you work with then click Share this list. Anyone you invite to collaborate on your list can add or remove items, change the order of times, and invite other collaborators as well.
To print a list, select Print options from the action panel. A dropdown will open containing options to hide pricing, include images, and includes notes.
Select the options you wish, then click Print and your print dialogue box will open.
Please note: When attempting to print a list that is comprised of multiple pages of products, the PDF generated will only include a printable file of the products on the current page of the list in view, rather than all of the products in the list.
