You can create orders for distributors who are not yet using SevenFifty. To start, click on the button on the top right hand corner of the Orders tab. This will open a window where you can type in the distributor's name.
Enter in the company name and click on the button. You will now see a draft order to this new vendor on the Orders tab. To add products, use the Quick Add bar at the top of the page to search for items. Start typing any product name in the Quick Add bar on the Orders tab and items that match your search term will automatically appear. Click on the product you would like to add to this order.
As SevenFifty does not receive product details and pricing from this distributor, you will need to supply any additional information and select the custom vendor from the dropdown menu. Click on the button to add this to your draft order.
If you cannot find an item through the Quick Add bar, you can create a custom product. Click the "Add Custom Product Description" option to add this item to your order.
This will open a form where you can enter in the product details for your custom item. You will need to select the distributor and enter in the item description, case quantity, and if desired, pricing information.
Click on the button to add this to your draft order.
When you are ready to submit your order, click on the button. This opens an email composer which enables you to create an email and send it to your rep. Enter in your sales rep's email into the "To" field at the top of the page. You can also enter in your sales rep's phone number to send an SMS alert about this order. To do so, click on the link underneath the email message field. This will open a window where you can add your sales rep's phone number to enable SMS alerts for your orders.
Finally, select the delivery date, review your order, and press the button. An email with all the order details, and an SMS alert if enabled, will be sent to your rep.
