You can create orders for distributors who are not yet using SevenFifty. To start, find the product you are looking for on the Search page. It will appear without a distributor listed and under a banner indicating that it is out of our network.
SevenFifty does not receive information about who the distributor is for these "out of network" products. But if you know who carries the product, you can enter their name in the blank field to designate them as the distributor in your market. Then add their email address and sales rep contact information on the Orders page, once you have added the item to your cart.
As SevenFifty does not receive product details and pricing from this distributor, you will need to supply any additional information.
If you cannot find an item through the search page, you can create a custom product. Click the "Add Custom Product Description" option to add this item to your order.
This will open a form where you can enter in the product details for your custom item. You will need to select the distributor and enter in the item description, case quantity, and if desired, pricing information.
Click on the 
button to add this to your draft order.
When you are ready to submit your order, add your sales rep's email address, select the delivery date, review your order, and press the 
button. An email with all the order details, and an SMS alert if enabled, will be sent to your rep.
