Opt in to Ordering
Click the Orders tab from the navigation bar at the top of your screen. To get started, make sure to read and accept the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and hit the Submit.
Create a new order
From the Orders tab, you can create your first order by clicking or by adding any product via the Quick Add bar at the top of the page. Once you add a product, a draft order for the distributor who carries that product will be created. If the distributor is not yet on SevenFifty, you can manually enter their name to start the draft order. That way, you can use SevenFifty for all your orders. Add products to your order
If you know what you want to order, you can use the Quick Add bar on the Orders tab. Start typing any product name in the Quick Add bar on the Orders tab and items that match your search term will automatically appear. Simply click on any item to add to your draft orders. This enables you to create order with speed and efficiency, while automatically providing your rep with all the necessary product information from the SevenFifty database.
If you are seeking out new products, you can add items to orders through the Search tab, product pages, shared Sample Sheets, and from Lists.
Review and finalize the order
When you are ready to submit your order, click on the button. This opens an email composer which enables you to create an email and send it to your rep. This process works just like any email communication, except that your order email contains all the detailed information about the product like its SKU / item code, vintage, size format, and delivery instructions.
To edit the message to your distributor rep, click the “to” field and find your rep's email or manually enter their email. You can also CC other people at your establishment (like an assistant buyer) so they’re included on the correspondence with the rep. You can additionally enter in your sales rep's phone number to send an SMS alert about this order. To do so, click on the link underneath the email message field. This will open a window where you can add your sales rep's phone number to enable SMS alerts for your orders.
If this is your first order to a new distributor or you are unsure of whom your sales rep is, we suggest that you submit an account application to participating vendors on SevenFifty first, or call their credit department to open an account.
You can easily edit the pre-written message to include any further instructions, special requests, or to personalize the communication. Finally, select the delivery date, review your order, and press the button. An email with all the order details, and an SMS alert if enabled, will be sent to your rep.
